Many apologies but Aglaia Accessories does not do exchanges or returns. We are sure you will love the items we make so there's no need to get a refund on the item. :) However, we know that Singpost can be rather unpredictable and the items may get damaged in transit. We accept no liability for the damaged items (it's not our fault either!) but on a case by case basis, we might compensate you with something similar in value. We will of course try our best to pack your item as safe as possible for posting. Alternatively, you can opt to pay an extra SGD2.20 for registered post as we think Singpost is kinder to those who go the extra mile.
